In order to qualify to go on an exchange, we need to be certain that you fit within this broad range of categories. If you can answer yes to any of the following questions, then the answer is YOU!

1. Do you personally deliver any kind of training? Remember, this need not be in a college or academic institution but could be to the general public, groups, individuals or one to one training to colleagues or staff within your own organisation.

2. Do you manage staff within your organisation, in terms of their personal development?

3. Do you advise on career development? For example, do you have any sort of role in telling young people about careers in Cultural or Natural Heritage Management?

4. The programme is open to all who are involved in the design, delivery or implementation of training or careers guidance in either formal or informal situations.
